Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Ibex Post ("we", "us") makes videos, motion graphics, 3D animation and websites for clients. This policy explains what information we collect when you use ibexpost.com and our client area, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services we use to run Ibex Post, and only what they need:

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it is open. Project files are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable time after delivery so you can ask for changes or copies; invoices are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

Security

Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and are never stored on this website. Access to client information is limited to the people who need it, and database rules stop one account from seeing another's details.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
