Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ibexpost.com, create an account, or order work from Ibex Post ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is ordered and approved from your account.

Quotes and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you order. The price in your order confirmation is the price you pay, unless you change the project.
• Website projects are quoted separately after we understand what you need.
• Discounts and offers apply only as described when you order and cannot be combined unless stated.

Payment

• Work starts after the deposit shown at checkout is paid (currently 50%).
• The rest is due on delivery, before final files are released.

Your materials

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the footage, logos, music, text and other material you send us, and that it does not break anyone else's rights. Delivery dates may move if materials arrive late.

Reviews and revisions

• Each project includes the number of revision rounds shown when you order. Extra rounds are charged at the listed rate.
• Please send all notes for a cut together, using the review page.
• Changes to the brief after work has started (a new script, a different length, new footage) may change the price and date.

Delivery and ownership

Once paid in full, you own the final delivered videos and designs and may use them commercially. Licensed music, stock footage and fonts are covered by their own licences, which we choose for your use. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel before work starts for a full refund of the deposit. After work has started, the deposit covers work already done. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will redo the work or refund what you paid for the undelivered part.

Our responsibility

We do our work with care and skill. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total responsibility for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
